Eduardo Indacochea

 

A native of Lima, Peru; Eduardo earned a bachelor’s degree in Maritime Science from Escuela Naval del Peru; Naval Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria (Peru), a Master of Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima (Peru), and an MBA Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He is married, has two children, and lives in Kirkland, WA.

Jennie Knapp

She is a certified K-8 teacher with seventeen years of teaching experience in the Northshore School District, including teaching in a STEM-focused school. She shares her knowledge of best practices and educational standards as a veteran educator.

María Elena La Faye

Retired French teacher and Associate Principal of a Peruvian-British school in Lima, Perú. She developed Círculo Mágico, a social-emotional curriculum especially designed for K-6th grade based on Mindfulness, the Circle Time Method, and neuropedagogy. She provides guidance and support as we implement Círculo Mágico in the school.

Juan Miguel Lavista

Vice President and Chief data Scientist at Microsoft AI for Good lab. He shares with us his expertise in computer science (coding, programming, data analysis, artificial intelligence) and he is the liaison with Code.org. https://code.org

Mariluz Restrepo

Professor Emeritus in liberal arts at the National University (Universidad Nacional) in Bogotá, Colombia. Her research about holistic education, art education, teaching practices, and communication processes serve as a guide for our learning-teaching approach.

Andy Shouse

Macarena Soza

Founder and director of La Casita ABCEspañol, a pre-school for Catholic, Spanish-speaking families in Bellevue. Alejandra Guzmán

Alejandra  has a B.A in graphic design from the Universidad Intercontinental in Mexico City, with studies in visual arts from Wakefield College in the United Kingdom. She worked as a lead graphic designer for global consumer brands and as a freelance designer in printed and digital media.
